Charteisha has nearly two decades of experience in corporate compliance, conflict resolution, and people management. Charteisha specializes in labor and employee relations and has served in key human resource leadership roles in both the public and private sectors over her career. Charteisha holds a bachelor's degree in social welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University. She has also earned a mediation certification from Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center. Charteisha puts her experience and knowledge to practice by coaching business leaders to manage their teams with confidence and create an inclusive, compliant workplace culture by applying HR best practices.
